Opera Home, we won't add something extra to the worth
quoted by the restaurant or box office.
If you happen to ask us
to make resort or flight bookings only, the costs we
quote will at all times be aggressive and absolutely
inclusive of all taxes and service - no hidden 'extras'.
If you wish to go to workshops or business outlets,
there will probably be no obligation or pressure for you
to purchase anything - we do not make deals to obtain
commission.
The money you pay shall
be secure
As a fully licensed
international tour company, we deposit and preserve a
money 'bond' in a safe a ccount in the principle state
bank of Vietnam. Our 'bond' account can only be used to
reimburse Gia Linh Journey customers - any withdrawal
should be authorized by the Vietnam National
Administration of Tourism.
Under the terms of our
license, we're obliged to reimburse you if we fail to
comply with any factor of a settlement between yourself
and Gia Linh Travel. The amount of the bond is linked to
our annual turnover so, if we are unable to offer part
of an itinerary or stop buying and selling, your cash is
absolutely protected.
Compensation if we get it
wrong
If Gia Linh Journey, or a
third party contracted to us, fails to deliver a part of
the agreed contract, we'll reimburse you and, if needed,
seek redress from our contractor later. Failures that
were the results of circumstances past our control,
resembling cancellation or postponement resulting from
government action or policy, conflict, civil unrest or
natural disasters, are excluded. |
